Day 2
Instructions: Working in groups of 3, choose a role (below).

- Restauranteur - In charge of location, target customer, name/logo, and presents to investors.
- Executive Chef - Create the menu, determine authenticity of cuisine/dishes, theme for the menu (i.e. restaurant in Peru vs. Peruvian restaurant in Boston, sustainable meals, vegetarian, historical, etc). The chef will create a final menu and share with investors.
- Cultural Attaché - Checks and balances of the cultural appropriateness of decor (i.e. art, table settings, music, layout, etc) and oversees the menu to ensure that it showcases the unique culture and history of Peru. The Attache could sketch, list out highlights, draw, find examples (color, art, music)
